- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Rice paper wrappers
- Sliced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and cucumbers)
- Peanut sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned, then stir in sauces, sugar, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in Thai basil leaves.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.
- Place the wrapper on a surface, add beef mixture and vegetables, then roll tightly.
- Serve with peanut sauce for dipping and enjoy!
Notes
- Make sure not to soak the rice paper too long to avoid tearing.
