  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Sliced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and cucumbers)
  • Peanut sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef and cook until browned, then stir in sauces, sugar, and pepper.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in Thai basil leaves.
  3. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until pliable.
  4. Place the wrapper on a surface, add beef mixture and vegetables, then roll tightly.
  5. Serve with peanut sauce for dipping and enjoy!
