Here’s what you’ll need to whip up these Tasty Crab Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms:

  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 8 ounces of crab meat
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and clean the mushrooms, removing the stems.
