Instructions
- Shred the cooked chicken if not already done.
- Mix shredded chicken with sweet chili sauce in a bowl.
- Lay out the tortillas or wraps flat.
- Distribute the chicken mixture, lettuce, carrots, and cucumbers onto each wrap.
- Roll each wrap tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Slice in half and serve with extra sweet chili sauce for dipping.
