Ingredients

- 8 oz of spaghetti or egg noodles
- 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb of steak (ribeye or sirloin works best)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
Instructions
- Boil salted water, cook noodles per package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Season steak with salt and pepper, sear in olive oil for 4-5 minutes per side, then let rest.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining olive oil and butter, sauté garlic, add shrimp, and cook until pink.
- Slice steak, combine with noodles, shrimp, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in the skillet, toss gently.
- Plate, garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes, and serve.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spice with red pepper flakes according to taste.
- For best results, use fresh ingredients.
