Delicious Surf & Turf Garlic Noodles featuring shrimp and steak in a savory sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of spaghetti or egg noodles
  • 1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb of steak (ribeye or sirloin works best)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water, cook noodles per package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper, sear in olive oil for 4-5 minutes per side, then let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, melt remaining olive oil and butter, sauté garlic, add shrimp, and cook until pink.
  4. Slice steak, combine with noodles, shrimp, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in the skillet, toss gently.
  5. Plate, garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes, and serve.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of spice with red pepper flakes according to taste.
  • For best results, use fresh ingredients.
