- 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs

- 2 cups of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- ¼ cup of strawberry jam
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually add sugar, and mix until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream until combined.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for about 60 minutes until edges are firm.
- Let cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Top with a mixture of sliced strawberries and strawberry jam, then add whipped cream.
