Ingredients

- 1 pound of beef (sirloin or flank steak works well)
- 4–5 scallions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the beef thinly against the grain.
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add marinated beef and sear for 3-4 minutes, then stir until cooked through.
- Add garlic, ginger, and scallions; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Drizzle with oyster sauce, mix well, and remove from heat.

- Serve hot, optionally garnished with sesame seeds.
