Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound of beef (sirloin or flank steak works well)
  • 45 scallions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain.
  2. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok over high heat.
  4. Add marinated beef and sear for 3-4 minutes, then stir until cooked through.
  5. Add garlic, ginger, and scallions; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with oyster sauce, mix well, and remove from heat.
