A delicious stir-fried beef and noodle dish packed with flavor and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of beef (flank steak or sirloin works great)
  • 8 ounces of egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef thinly against the grain and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned, then remove and set aside.
  5. Stir-fry the bell pepper in the same pan until tender but crisp.
  6. Return the beef to the pan, add noodles and sauces, and toss everything together.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the beef for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Customize with your choice of vegetables.
