Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound of beef (flank steak or sirloin works great)
- 8 ounces of egg noodles
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Slice the beef thinly against the grain and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the beef to the pan and stir-fry until browned, then remove and set aside.
- Stir-fry the bell pepper in the same pan until tender but crisp.
- Return the beef to the pan, add noodles and sauces, and toss everything together.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the beef for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Customize with your choice of vegetables.
