Ingredients

- 1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers (red and green for color)
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Rinse and pat dry the shrimp.
- Combine spices and toss shrimp until coated.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté bell peppers for 3-4 minutes.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with green onions and parsley.
