Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of diced bell peppers (red and green for color)

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the shrimp.
  2. Combine spices and toss shrimp until coated.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté bell peppers for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until pink and opaque.
  5. Remove from heat, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with green onions and parsley.
