- 8 ounces of fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound of cooked chicken breast, diced

- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of shredded pepper jack cheese
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute, then pour in heavy cream and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in pepper jack cheese, diced tomatoes with green chilies, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until cheese melts.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

- Adjust cayenne pepper for desired spice level.
