Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in a mixture of buttermilk and eggs for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Heat about 2 inches of oil in a skillet or deep fryer to 350°F.
- Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Drain on paper towels and let rest before serving.
