Here’s what you’ll need to make this mouthwatering casserole:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté chopped onion and bell pepper in olive oil until tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, sautéed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer half of the mixture in a greased baking dish, top with half the cheese, add the remaining mixture, and top with the rest of the cheese and paprika.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
