Here’s what you’ll need to make this mouthwatering casserole:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté chopped onion and bell pepper in olive oil until tender.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, sautéed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the mixture in a greased baking dish, top with half the cheese, add the remaining mixture, and top with the rest of the cheese and paprika.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

- Add more vegetables if desired for extra nutrition.
- Can be prepared ahead of time and baked when ready to serve.
