- 1 pound ground beef or turkey
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash and chop the potatoes, onion, and bell pepper.
- Cook ground meat in a skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add onion and bell pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Stir in diced potatoes and mix well.
- Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
- If desired, add cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, try using different types of cheese.
- Feel free to add additional vegetables like corn or peas.
