  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the potatoes, onion, and bell pepper.
  2. Cook ground meat in a skillet until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add onion and bell pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in diced potatoes and mix well.
  5. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
  7. If desired, add cheese on top and cover until melted.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
