- 1 pound of flank steak
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Marinate flank steak with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook marinated steak on a grill or skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare; let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Warm corn tortillas in a dry skillet, then assemble tacos with steak, shrimp, red cabbage, avocado, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges and enjoy!
