  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Marinate flank steak with olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook marinated steak on a grill or skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare; let it rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Warm corn tortillas in a dry skillet, then assemble tacos with steak, shrimp, red cabbage, avocado, and cilantro.
