Ingredients

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté garlic, then cook shrimp until pink, add crab and salmon, and season.
  3. Layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, seafood mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish, finishing with noodles and sauce.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
