- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup salmon, cooked and flaked
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook lasagna noodles in salted water according to package instructions, then drain and rinse.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté garlic, then cook shrimp until pink, add crab and salmon, and season.
- Layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, seafood mixture, and mozzarella in a baking dish, finishing with noodles and sauce.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
