Instructions
- Wash and trim asparagus; slice mushrooms evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add asparagus and sauté for 3 minutes until bright green.
- Add mushrooms, stir, and sauté for another 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice; garnish and serve.
