Instructions

  1. Wash and trim asparagus; slice mushrooms evenly.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.
  4. Add asparagus and sauté for 3 minutes until bright green.
  5. Add mushrooms, stir, and sauté for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice; garnish and serve.
