Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard, rosemary, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
- Marinate chicken in a bag or dish with the marinade for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place marinated chicken in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
