- 1 pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 head of garlic
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick!)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast garlic wrapped in foil for 30 minutes.
- Sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted, then season with salt and pepper.
- Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and roasted garlic in a bowl.
- Spread cheese mixture on pizza crust and top with sautéed spinach and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

- For added flavor, use fresh herbs if available.
