Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound of mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, and fish)
- 2 cups of heavy cream
- 1 cup of grated cheese (Gruyere or Parmesan work well)
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons of butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse and dry the seafood.
- Sauté garlic in melted butter until fragrant.
- Mix seafood, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
- Heat heavy cream, stir in half the cheese until melted.
- Layer seafood mixture in a baking dish, pour cream sauce over, and top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs mixed with butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
