Instructions
- Prepare raspberry and passionfruit purees by blending and straining fresh fruit.
- Combine tequila, lime juice, raspberry puree, passionfruit puree, simple syrup, and egg white in a cocktail shaker.
- Dry shake the mixture without ice for about 15 seconds.
- Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh raspberries and a lime wedge.
