- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and pour in the batter.
- Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
