- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1 package of mini sausages or cocktail wieners
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Cooking spray or parchment paper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the crescent roll dough and pinch the seams together.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and dried parsley over the dough.
- Cut the dough into 2-inch squares.
- Place a mini sausage in the center of each square, adding cheese if desired, and wrap the dough around the sausage.
- Brush each wrapped sausage with beaten egg.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute cheddar cheese with mozzarella or pepper jack for a different flavor.
