Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare the chicken by rinsing and drying it.
  2. Crush the pretzels into fine crumbs.
  3. Mix Dijon mustard, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the sauce.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the sauce and then roll in the crushed pretzels.
  5. Place on a baking sheet, spray with olive oil, and bake for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
