Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare the chicken by rinsing and drying it.
- Crush the pretzels into fine crumbs.
- Mix Dijon mustard, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the sauce.
- Dip each chicken breast in the sauce and then roll in the crushed pretzels.
- Place on a baking sheet, spray with olive oil, and bake for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
