  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking for another 3-4 minutes, then mix in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Assemble each tortilla with the beef mixture and mozzarella cheese, rolling tightly and placing seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour pizza sauce over the rolled tortillas and sprinkle remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
