- 2 cups of fresh pineapple, chopped

Instructions
- Chop the fresh pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, oats, coconut flakes, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter and vanilla extract, mixing until crumbly.
- Layer half of the crumb mixture in a baking dish, add pineapple, and top with remaining crumbs.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
