- 1 pound of ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 medium bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
- Butter, for brushing
- Optional: Italian seasoning for extra flavor
Instructions
- Sauté diced onions and bell peppers in olive oil until tender.
- Add ribeye steak, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; cook until browned.
- Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thick.
- Place steak mixture on one edge of the dough and top with cheeses.
- Roll the dough over the filling, seal edges, and cut into 2-inch pieces.
- Brush tops with butter, optionally sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving with dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the filling or on top before baking.
- These breadsticks are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven.
