Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup of fresh basil pesto
  • 2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
  4. Spread pesto on flatbreads, top with shrimp and mozzarella.
