- 1 cup of fresh basil pesto
- 2 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the shrimp for 3-4 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Spread pesto on flatbreads, top with shrimp and mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh basil, slice, and serve.
