- For the Donut:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup milk

- For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon milk
- For the Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C), then mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Combine them.
- Grease the donut pan, fill with batter, and bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese and peanut butter, then adding powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
- Once donuts are cool, create a hole in each and fill with cheesecake filling.
- Whisk together glaze ingredients, dip the tops of the filled donuts, and let them set on a wire rack.

- Ensure donuts are completely cool before filling to prevent melting the cheesecake filling.
- Adjust the glaze thickness by adding more milk or powdered sugar as needed.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
