- 8 ounces of your favorite pasta (fettuccine works wonders)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In the same pot, heat olive oil and cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown. Remove and let rest.
- Sauté minced garlic in the pot, then add heavy cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Slice the chicken and add it, along with the pasta, to the sauce. Toss to combine.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

- Adding vegetables like spinach or mushrooms can enhance the dish.
