A refreshing Pasta Caesar Salad that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta (your choice, but rotini or fusilli works great)
  • 2 cups of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup of croutons
  • 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Prepare the dressing by measuring out store-bought Caesar dressing or mixing mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Drain cooked pasta, rinse under cold water, and combine with chopped romaine, halved cherry tomatoes, and croutons in a large bowl.
  4. Toss the pasta mixture with Caesar dressing and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
