A delicious Panko Shrimp and Feta Bake that’s easy to make and sure to impress.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, combine feta and Parmesan cheeses.
  4. Layer seasoned shrimp in a baking dish, top with cheese mixture, then sprinkle with panko.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes until shrimp are cooked and top is golden.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, let the shrimp marinate for 30 minutes before baking.
