- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, combine feta and Parmesan cheeses.
- Layer seasoned shrimp in a baking dish, top with cheese mixture, then sprinkle with panko.
- Bake for 25 minutes until shrimp are cooked and top is golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, let the shrimp marinate for 30 minutes before baking.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated in the oven.
