A quick and delicious one-pan meal featuring chicken breasts and buttered noodles.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces of egg noodles
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Sear chicken in melted butter for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken, add chicken broth to skillet, and bring to a boil. Stir in egg noodles and cook as per package instructions.
  4. Add remaining butter, return chicken to skillet, and coat in butter.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
