- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces of egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Sear chicken in melted butter for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken, add chicken broth to skillet, and bring to a boil. Stir in egg noodles and cook as per package instructions.
- Add remaining butter, return chicken to skillet, and coat in butter.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

- Using a meat thermometer ensures chicken is properly cooked.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the dish.
