- 1 cup of milk

- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large bowl, mix together milk, flour, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup halfway, and bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve warm with toppings.
Notes
- Make sure to grease the muffin tin well to prevent sticking.
