- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken thighs with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Cook the marinated chicken in a heated grill pan for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Slice the chicken and assemble the gyros with pita bread, chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and tzatziki sauce.
