- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; brown the ground beef for 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in black beans, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and salsa; mix well.
- Add taco seasoning and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, cover, and cook for 2-3 minutes until melted.

- Serve warm with tortilla chips or veggies.
- Can be made ahead and reheated before serving.
