- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 4 cups mashed potatoes (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake meatballs for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- In a baking dish, layer half the mashed potatoes, cooked meatballs, marinara sauce, remaining mashed potatoes, and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Bake for another 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
