- 1 cup fresh mango, diced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional for extra sweetness)
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Marinate the salmon with teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake the salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes.
- While baking, cook diced mango with the reserved marinade until thickened.
- Serve the salmon topped with mango mixture, sesame seeds, and green onions.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the salmon longer if time permits.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
