Instructions

  1. Marinate the salmon with teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Bake the salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes.
  4. While baking, cook diced mango with the reserved marinade until thickened.
  5. Serve the salmon topped with mango mixture, sesame seeds, and green onions.
