- 12 large portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the portobello mushrooms, remove stems, and scoop out the gills.
- In a bowl, mix lobster, crab, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling.
- Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 25 minutes until tender and golden.
- Let cool slightly, serve warm, and enjoy!

- Feel free to add additional herbs or spices to the filling for extra flavor.
