Instructions
- Marinate lamb chops with lemon juice, zest, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Sear lamb chops for 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness (145°F for medium-rare).
- Add butter to the pan and spoon melted garlic butter over the lamb.
- Let lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
