Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and place chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stuff the cheesy mixture into each chicken breast, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
