Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half or quarters.
- Mix chopped bacon, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add the potatoes and toss until coated.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
