- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup (or honey), eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures, mixing until just incorporated.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, then cool for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
