  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Green onions, for garnish
  • Pineapple slices, for grilling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are submerged, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight preferred).
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), optionally adding pineapple slices to the grill.
  5. Let the chicken rest, then slice and serve garnished with green onions and grilled pineapple.
