- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are submerged, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight preferred).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), optionally adding pineapple slices to the grill.
- Let the chicken rest, then slice and serve garnished with green onions and grilled pineapple.

- For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
