- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions
- Season shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Preheat the grill and grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Spread Caesar dressing on each tortilla, then add romaine, grilled shrimp, crab meat, and Parmesan.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve, optionally drizzling extra Caesar dressing on top.
