- Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
- Combine ranch dressing, garlic, Parmesan, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken reaches 165°F.
