Instructions
- Mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Assemble skewers by threading chicken, pineapple, and bell peppers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
- Let skewers rest a few minutes before serving with rice or salad.
