Ingredients

- 1 pound of flank steak
- 2 cups of broccoli florets
- ½ cup of teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- Green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Slice flank steak against the grain, season with salt and pepper.
- Mix steak with teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger; marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a griddle, sauté broccoli for 5 minutes.
- Push broccoli aside, add remaining olive oil, and cook marinated steak for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Combine steak and broccoli, stir for 1 minute, and serve hot with optional garnishes.
Notes
- For more flavor, marinate the steak longer.
- Adjust cooking times based on preferred doneness of the steak.
