Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, combine the zucchini, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Layer zucchini in a greased baking dish, alternating with Parmesan and mozzarella.
- Top with breadcrumbs and remaining cheese.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
