Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl.

- Pour the marinade over the chicken, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, alternating with vegetables if desired.
- Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side, ensuring chicken reaches 165°F internally.
- Remove from grill, let rest, and serve with extra Parmesan cheese.
