Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
- Spread ketchup on top of each meatloaf.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
