  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Divide the mixture into four portions and shape each into a loaf on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread ketchup on top of each meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
