Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken mixture and mix until melted.
- Warm tortillas in another pan or microwave.
- Assemble wraps with spinach, chicken mixture, diced tomatoes, and optional hot sauce.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends.
- Grill wraps on a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side for a crispy finish, if desired.
